T'other thread was getting full and there's shinies and stuff!

I have a shiny. It's 60 cp but I don't want a crap Garydos so what to do?

Go on a pokemon iv calculator and see what it's iv is. A low cp pokemon may still have a high iv.

But if the Iv isn't good I wouldn't evolve it. Ive caught two shiny Pokemon now so they are out there. And people reckon the shiny magikarp will be permananet now so you'll get a better one sometime.

Do you know you have a shiny when you see it or only after you've caught it, like Ditto?

When you first see it it looks normal. But when you tap on it, before you throw the ball you know it's a shiny.

My shiney was an obvious pale gold.

I now have 368 Magikarp candy and 2 shinies! :o I have also gone fom mid 20s Chinchou candy to over 100. I went to the same stop where I missed out on Totodile yesterday but the fucker never showed. It was some consolation catching 4 Pikachu. It could've been 5 but one ran off.

Todays hatches were Exeggcute, Tangela and Ekans. Charmander found 4 candies, so now up to 71, so only 87km to Charizard.

Oh maybe I just wasn't paying attention then, which is quite possible.

Only need 30 more candy and I will have a shiny gyrados.

Two Shineies! TWO SHINIES!!!! Well no wonder I don't have any if other people are hogging them!

I have three 10k eggs cooking, definitely seeing more 10k eggs but they seem to be full of pinecones and I've already evolved one.

I evolved a Muk today after much walking, just need to evolve my Kabuto, Dragonair and catch a Snorlax then that's gen 1 done!

My 'dex is at 195 now.

I hatched a wooper today. A fucking wooper.

Oh, forgot to say I got a Metal Coat today, probably because I hit at least 100 Pokestops today. So now I can evolve Scizor, which isn't important, I have a King's Rock so I can evolve Slowking, I have an upgrade so I can evolve Porygon2, I have 2 Sunstones that I don't know what to do with and a Dragon Scale that I don't know what to do with.

I have about 7 newbies to evolve (I think) but I'm waiting for a double XP event so I can chuck a Lucky Egg and hopefully power through Level 29.

I'm putting down me having 2 shinies and you none down to male privelege DameDeD. Joke. I was just lucky and hit the right Pokestops at the right time. If they introduce trading I'll swap you one for a half decent Bulbasaur.

Finally got a Lapras! Fiiiiiiinally! I've been looking for one since bloody June. It's not a very good Lapras but who cares at this point.

Now I just need to get a Larvitar and I'll be content. (Oh, and a Mareep. And a Miltank. And a Hitmontop. And...)

It was something like Pokemon Go died ages ago. I think they posted other nasty posts so everything got deleted.

That's pathetic, if you don't like something, move along.

Today was much more satisfactory than yesterday - I hatched a Tyrogue with HP as it's best attribute, which means a Hitmontop, right?

Caught some nice 'mon too - we're knee deep in omanytes here.

Still no shiny. Much distress!

Last day for catching loads of magikarp-& I still have no shiny!😱😱😱

Still no shinies here, either. We've seen bog all totodile and DS1's hopes of a Lapras are all but dashed.

Back to hoping for some decent nests. They've been crap, this time. The only one worth visiting has been slugma.

No shiney here either and I hatched a 10k mantime ray that there's are loads of at the moment. Still need Snorlax and Aerodactyl from 10k

I'm back in the gym. I've had a good run in the two closest ones in recent weeks, but got knocked out of one a couple of days ago. It was a bit of a slog as it was just on Level 7 and needed levelling up to Level 8.

No shineys, but I've got well over 100 Magikarp candies after having to do a lot of walking to get my Gyrados a little while back. I've liked all the water pokemon as they're quite sporadic around here. My stardust is at a healthy level too.
