Ds1 has hatched a couple of 2k eggs, today: exeggcute and oddish

Yes they've re-designated the eggs, and moved loads of 5K beasts into the 2K category and a couple of the more boring 10K beasts have been demoted to 5K. This is good news because it means that you're more likely to get the aerodactyls and dratini that you really want from 10K eggs instead of another sodding Pinsir.

Got another 10km egg on my travels though so will start that one up

I've caught a dozen likitungs today. Before this week I'd never seen one.

Hurrah, caught a Chansey then spotted a Pinsar on the way home, both new for me! Also bagged another Porygon, all in all a good day. Stocked up on balls too so my bag is stuffed.

I thought it was just me. I hatch sodding krabbys all the time.

Hatched 2k egg it was blue nidrion.. Caught another 2 onmytes today.. and had to take back 2 of my gyms.. I have a 10 k egg I just need to start it.

I didn't have to search for my chansey- one appeared in the kitchen!

My first ever 10k egg was an Aerodactyl I lurve him. It did set the bar quite high though - not had anything new or decent from a 10k egg since.

LOVING this event! 4 brand new ones for me since yesterday. Never seen a sniff of a Pinsir, Chansey or Porygon before, and now caught them all. Oh and finally got enough Exeggcutes to power up to an Exeggcutor. Happy!

I've waited 6 months for a porygon and now 3 have turned up at once.

Have also made up the shortfall in bulbasaur candy, so I can evolve my venusaur now.

I've hatched two 10k eggs in the last few days, a Scyther and today a Chansey. I've switched out my buddy to Chansey from Tokepi and caught a bunch of Porygons. And tooday, DH and the kids got their first Porygons, so they're happy too.

Still hoping for a Tangela and a Magby from future eggs though. :)

Which of the event pokemon seem to be common where you are? For us it seems to be Jigglypuffs aplenty, and Porygon not rare, but the others seem to be pretty scarce. We usually have a fair number of Clefairies around us, but I think I've barely seen one since the event started, and only one nearby sighting of a Chansey.
