Pokemon Go #6: Where pokemon babies are abandoned in gyms at freezing temperatures

Well, saw this little one left overnight in a gym. Sad, really... Where are his parents? What were they thinking? Do they work night shifts too?

So many questions...

I've had a good few days. Hatched a Hitmonlee and caught two Lickitungs at the station. Walked enough to get my Rapidash. I've never seen a shadow of those 3 before so pleased to get them on my pokedex.
Now walking with Ekans as rarely see them enough to evolve any other way.

Just downloaded Pokemon Duel. Don't geddit.

Just need dragonite and tangela to get the gen 1 lot, except for the regionals! I don't suppose the NE people know where I can get them from?

Caught a wild lapras yesterday which was exciting- though DS was sad because his phone froze then it vanished before he could restart it.

Finally hit level 30!!!! Local nests seem to have changed so I'm sticking up on Eggsecutors, or whatever they're called, 6 more to go!

EatingMyWords, for your Dragonite, depending on how far you are from enough candies to evolve, the Roker to Seaburn coast often throws up a couple of Dratinis if you're looking for somewhere to go walking. I would think that any of the coastlines might be worth a try though.

Tangela, nope, no idea. I'm just having to plough through all the 5k eggs I'm getting and continue to hope for the best.

Nests changed last week I believe. I use Reddit and the PG London Facebook page but most of the decent nests seem to be west.

Eating, dratini are back in Durham city centre, particularly on the riverside. Theree's a pokestop on the riverside near leazes bowl roundabout that usually has staryu and psyduck and occasionally dratini and, this migration, the dratini are there.

When they're there, they often appear in or around the marketplace, too.

Never caught a wild Tangela, though. Only ever hatched them.

This dropped off my Threads I'm On - so annoying!

Still on level 29 with a long way to go to level 30 but after spending yesterday in London, we caught a Porygon & walked our Kabuto buddy enough to get a kabutops - they're the first new ones we've had in months!

Now buddying an Abra to get an Alakazam but it's a long way to go!

Venusaur (stupid me - squirtles all over, yesterday, but no bulbs)#
Chansey (Had one in sightings at home the other day, but saw it too late)
Porygon
Kabutops (one got away, months ago and slowly walkig the candy)

Omastar (next on the walking list)
Dragonite (94 candy, but need 125 as my Dragonaire is teeny tiny)

I am barely playing lately. Still on level 29, 90k to go until level 30.

We went for a walk and hatched 2km egg which was a Cleffa. The most exciting thing to happen for ages!

I have also noticed that a lot less people are playing around here as I have been in 2 gyms for a week now- they usually change daily.

Our gyms are changing less too Dillite. But our instinct lot are still keen, so I've been in a few gyms for longer lately too.

Instinct are taking over all the gyms around here too it seems, Eating, which, since I'm Team Mystic, is damned annoying.

Very true Pick & since then I've caught 2 more Snorlax & hatched a Lapras, so not too bad really!

Our gyms aren't changing hands much either but unfortunately we're not benefiting from that as struggling to knock them down. V annoying.

Caught my first Omanyte yesterday - first new thing for ages. I was at a sports tournament with DS and mine spawned inside the hall, but I had to go trailing round outside in the pouring rain with no coat to get one for him because his phone was saying 'GPS not found' indoors. Seem to have found a nest though, as there were several others in 'Nearby' the next time we looked.

Gateshead was resolutely blue when I passed through, this morning. The interchange doesn't seem to have changed for weeks.

Haha spoke too soon- I have been kicked out of both gyms. Nevermind, I guess it gives me something to do.

Ah, but not sure when I'll next get to Gateshead though, PickAChew. They'll probably all be yellow or red by the time I can.

Anyone else installed the new update tonight and get the app crashing when you click on your avatar?

Somebody put a 281cp topegi in a friendly gym which took me two trips to said gym to take down with 140cp and lower rats, Pidgey's and weedles (the weedles were surprisingly the best ) annoying!!!

Buut...came home to my Pokemon go plus! Yay! Now this would of been more handy a few months ago as I'm like 3 off completing my gen 1 dex but oh well. Gave it a spin tonight when my friend drove me out to dinner and caught a fair bit! Totally more than I would and was doing it on the sly (somewhat). Had no idea what all the buzzing was about but just kept pressing the button! It filled up my bag and I bought extra storage wth gym coins for my Pokemon.

Hatched a baby pikachu today.Getting bored

Just read that Riverside Park in Durham is a Kabuto nest, PickAChew, if that helps.
