I'm a couple of thousand XP from level 20. Once there I might just grind up all the rubbish for candies and evolve the best ones.

Hitmonlee is my random seen but not caught. He's never popped up again grr. Still no snorlax for me either

Hi guys, I've been watching this thread for quite a while and getting tips. Just joined so I can chat lol. It's thanks to you guys I got my first pikachu last week. Saw the shadow and used 'fastpokemap' to find it. Was on a street I wouldn't usually go down. So thanks I'd never heard of it. Anyway I'm quite an addict lol. I love it. You guys talk about a few I've never got yet. We have a trip to London next weekend so if anyone has any tips to get some good ones I would be very grateful

hellotojason It took me ages to amass 160 coins as it's impossible to stay in a gym more than a few hours where I live (unless you have a pokemon over CP2500 which i dont!) or are red. So I spent my precious coins on another incubator as that seems to be the best way of getting new pokemon and extra candies. (Or it did until they changed the spawn spots). The other thing was that after I actually bought an incubator I then got my first 10K eggs (just 2 and not straight away ). I then read on a local FB group that there was a theory that you are more likely to get a 10k egg if you actually buy incubators.

I often buy incubators. I have 2 plus the infinite one. No 10k drops since I got the second through level up. However I do often find that if I manage to get some 10k and get myself down to just 1 use on an incubator then 10ks seem to fly out!

I just caught a bulbasaur!!!!!!!!!!!!! I now have all 4 of the original pokemon.

It appears 6 was an underestimate. This afternoon after work I noticed a Pikachu shadow and went looking for him. All I got were Pidgeyfuckers and Weedledicks. One CP136 Pidgey took 8 balls to catch, and a CP83 Weedle needed 7. Yet a CP360 Pidgey gave up first ball. What the actual?

I'm also really impatient for gen 2. Saving my Eevee candy for umbreon and espeon and my zubats for crobats (I have 2 98% IV golbats all ready and waiting!)

Those pokemon are much cheaper on ebay. I bought a bag for dd a while ago. They are quite bad quality and took ages to come. Dd loves them though.

Leveled up to 27 today.

Taking ages to catch crap CP vermin like Pidgeys. What is it. I dont see any other way through the levels but to catch crap and evolve them enmasse.

I'm near Cambridge. He just turned up last week, getting a couple a day.
Spent the weekend in Whitstable last week and got 11 new pokemon in one day! The place is alive with them. Rapidash, electrode, raichu, kabuto, kadabra, cubone, exeggutor, mankey, persian were the ones I caught. Evolved magnemite and voltorb as there were loads of them about due to the offshore wind farm.
