I'm a couple of thousand XP from level 20. Once there I might just grind up all the rubbish for candies and evolve the best ones.

I've got dratini as my buddy , only on 18 , need 25 to evolve and it's 5k for each candy

Then you need 100 Candies to evolve Dragonair.

Enid I thought it was only above 30mph was banned. Hope for you that's as far as they ban

After been fed up yesterday hatched this from a 2 k egg .. I have always had pidges or wheedles usually

Longtime and Tea Oh it is only above 30 isn't?! Thank you for pointing that out to me. How embarrassing So busy feeling sorry for myself that I didn't read it properly. Oops. That's not so bad then.

The main places I ask him to drive are residential places or one way systems so it's under 30mph anyway and we don't go as fast as that. Anywhere else pokestops will still be ok and I am out and walking sometimes.

Presumably if you stop the car to hit the stop it will be fine and playing on slow busses should still work?

Starlight2345 that is interesting. I got a charmander today too after getting crap out of my 2k eggs.

I'm not sure if I found something or not.

I also play candy crush and if you change the date on your phone, it will reload your lives instantly so you dont have to wait for them to reload.

I went into pokemon go with the date changed for tomorrow and my timer had reset and the coins were there to collect already. I didnt collect in case it skewed it. When I changed the date back to today it showed still 12 hours left to collect again.

However I wonder if you change the date on your phone can you collect the next days coins and the next days coins and then once it is reset back to normal, collect again and it doesnt know you did it.....

May try it.

Don't like the sound of this update! I get most of my balls from the bus to work on a mostly 40-50mph roads.

Hatched a few 5km eggs today, nothing new but got a vulpix and sandshrew with much needed candy. A cubone (not sure why I get so many of these!) And a male nidoran. Got about 65 of each gender candy now - feels like I'm forever away though. More eggs cooking and hoping for good things tomorrow!

Took 2 gyms today too - most I've ever been in! But kicked out within a couple of hours.
Walked back from the chip shop last night and went by the local gym with 1 yellow left in it, got my battle going and carried on walking and miraculously turned the damn thing grey. By that point I was too far away to go back and claim it but not so far as not to hear the pissed off teenagers hanging out there who couldn't work out how they'd been kicked out!

You could always disallow the update. Not allow the app to update automatically.

Cheers PokemonGo :) You can't be far off now! Has this update already happened as i've noticed If I go over 30 I get nothing on the nearby or anything popping up by the side of the road - can still spin pokestops though. The game seems a bit more glitchy for me, having to restart a few times and getting errors in gyms more often.

I've got 134 on my pokedex with about 3 or 4 ready to evolve but I'm waiting to see if I get stronger Pokémon. The rest I am a long, long way off evolving. For example I've only seen 16 charmander and 1 charmeleon so I still need another 55 charmander candies to evolve a charlizard... 😂😂.

At least I have my Tauros's.

So rredA now that you've 'caught 'em all' what are your future Pokémon playing plans?

I'm surprised I'm still enjoying it so much as I don't have anyone to play with now that the kids are all back at Uni. DH is happy for me to play but is mostly just bemused by it all. He occasionally asks me about it but once I start with an explanation he tries to change the subject. 😂

I'm in five gyms now but I lost them overnight last night so let's see what happens.

Queen I wonder if this works? Should have tried it when I had 8 gyms! I've got two this morning and might be able to get another two while doing a conference call from my car so I'll see what happens if I change date.

Question for the experts here, I see that catching 142 is supposed to be catching them all, but my pokedex goes up to 149?? (Only caught 99 so far). Anyone know why my pokedex is bigger? I only play in the UK with a brief jaunt to France.....

I am fed up of pokestops spining but not giving me anything other than telling me to come back later. They don't even turn purple, unless I restart the game.

Not happy about the new 30 rule either. That's my only way of hitting enough stops to get a decent amount of balls. They have already stopped car journeys from counting towards the eggs and candy and now this? Fuck you Niantic!

I have a mass evolve session planned for tonight. Won't get anything new, just getting to level 24 will be nice.
