I'm a couple of thousand XP from level 20. Once there I might just grind up all the rubbish for candies and evolve the best ones.

How can you tell if they're spoofers?
Over here there are 4 gyms and all of them have a top blue guy in it. His lowest one is over 2000 and he's level 28. If another team takes any of them or goes back to blue in less than an hour.
What do you reckon?

We have at least 8 gyms all held by the same too mystic guy/gal with 2/3000 CP in each. I guess it's possible if they are a really high level. I'm only level 24 and have been in 6 of the same gyms at the same time with my collection of slobros.

Has anyone else had unexplained shadows appear recently in their Pokedex? Mine started showing that I've seen a Blastoise, Lapras and Exeggutor but not caught them. I've definitely not seen them but DS doesn't believe me and thinks I've been out hunting secretly.

the new updates makes pokemon youve seen in gums show up shadows/seen as well. which is really annoying as a.gym.near me has the Australian regional only kangastan one i n it so I can't go in it as I don't want a shadow of one i can never catch hanging around for ages.

Oh I've not had that. You mean anything in a gym will now show as a shadow??? That will make my lack of a lapras even more annoying. What update is this?

Aaaah that is why my Pokedex is showing an Arcanine and Ninetails even though I haven't caught them! I was looking at a nearby gym and they were in it.

I had only started using the PokeWhere map but they are all down - how bloody annoying! Had 3 greyed out Pokemon this morning, one was a Geodude and one a Cubone - walked around a bit but couldn't find them for the life of me!!!

On level 21 and getting harder to catch Ines I haven't got before.

There is a level 8 gym near me, thought I would go and attack it yesterday. Managed to defeat 4 Pokemon and the prestige went down by 2000. Does that mean if I keep going after reviving my Pokemon I can eventually get it down to 0. Might take a while? It's been there for ages I really need to go for them fuckers. Might drive down after baby is in bed tonight and sit in my car and go for it.

How do you get a buddy on your shoulder?

Bollocks. This new shadow thing has just happened to me. 125 caught and 127 seen. The two missing ones are unsurprisingly lapras and dragonite. This is going to annoy the hell out of me!

Re the gyms - yes, if you keep going in it will eventually go down to zero and you can put your own Pokemon in it.

Right I'm gonna attack that gym tonight when all the teens are in bed muhahhaha

Torta click on your face at the bottom right or your avatar on the front page (can't remember which one) it'll ask you if you want to add a buddy you can choose any Pokemon and if you walk with them you can collect candies e.g. Walk 5km for 1 eevee candy

I'm nearly at level 26, seen 123 caught 122 now. Haven't had any wierd shadows adding to my pokedex yet though.

Pikachu is great because one candy per km so every time I get a new pikachu I can make the most rubbish one my buddy and he's on my shoulder by the end of the day 😍

Afternoon!

Just been for a walk to the shop to hatch the first round of eggs from newly accquited incubators and got a magnemite (with enough candy to evolve 1000cp magneton), psyduck boring and a new one for me (and scored me kanto award for 100 in pokedex) was lickitung! Possibly the weirdest one I've seen!!
Got another round going now and 4.8km left on my 10km egg.

Incubators best purchase!

My Pikachu candy isn't adding to the total count :( There were 39 candies yesterday, and are still 39 today even though I walked 3km and it showed that he collected a candy 3 times but he didn't.

Sometimes mine counts better than other times, not sure why, losing 3k is rough though.

I'm doing some overtime tomorrow so hopefully I'll get something good on the way in. Reaaaaaallly want snorlax now that I saw a shadow and it's come up as seen in the pokedex from the new update. It's taunting me!

Got a mr mime spawn in my house, seening them more than bloody pidgeys lately hope it changes to something better soon.

I'm having a good day today, two new Pokémon, an elctrobuzz and an areodactayl plus my gold Kanto medal (my phone tried to correct that to Kanye!)

I can never hold my local gyms, but I live near five (!) secondary schools and all the kids catch their buses in the road the gyms are on so I've got no chance.

I still think they need to sort gyms out. I took down 2 gyms today and all I have to show for it is 300XP and 10 coins.

They are creepy, wish it was pikachu hate this new gym shadow thing, so many shadows now and it irritates me so much I like my seen caught to match if a new one runs away I get so annoyed

I've seen dragonite in gyms I've fought today and they haven't showed in my pokedex. I'm using an iPhone are those if you who have had the problem with Pokémon seen in gyms showing as seen in your pokedex been on android or iOS?

I'd be really irritated if it happened to me. I'm taking this game too seriously aren't I 😂

I have a fucking Snorlax, Dragonite and Exeggutor on my pokedex as shadows.

I could only have seen them in gyms.
