Farfetch'd has just been released here - someone has seen it in a gym by me, but it's a student area - could be a student. I hope I don't get 'made' as I'm giving myself away by making the same comments here as in my local group

They can be hatched by spoofed eggs but are not supposed to be in the uk yet

Just downloaded the new update. The location thing is a good idea. Mine isn't right though. A drowzee I just caught says it was caught in a town about 15 miles away from where I am. A few of the early ones I caught which I know were in my town show the same wrong location.
Not too bad though. I like the feature.

The location thing I a bit disappointing. Just says the city. I thought it would be a smidge more accurate like the area instead.
Shadow of hitmonchan showed up yesterday but didn't actually appear. Wasted a lure trying to get it.
Going for a walk around town today so hoping to get some more of my 10k egg done - really want something new!

Location for my catches shows either where I am or about 5 miles away. Which includes two I caught yesterday one after the other Confused. Though one I've hatched gives the location of where I must have got the egg so that's sort of cool.

I was going to ask if it was location it hatched or where you got the egg. If it's where you got the egg that seems to confirm for me eggs are pre determined when they drop

FrogTime, lures don't draw in Pokémon already on your sightings, they just spawn different ones. Thought you might want to know that so you don't waste them in future. It's the same with incense.

It's definitely the location of the egg that shows up as the location.

I am struggling with my Eevees. Just evolved a couple and ended up with jolteons again. I have lots of candy but Pokemon from nests have rubbish IVs so I need to keep pinning down the Eevees that spawn more randomly if I want a Vaporeon army.

I also need to find or hatch a good Growlithe. I have access to a great beat but they all have dreadful appraisals.

Yeah I set off for a walk hoping to finally get a butter egg but poof it seems to have gone and I will never know if butter eggs hatched something decent or not

Jelly are you changing the Eve's name before you evolve it? It works most of the times when you do.
If you want a vaporeon you have to name it Rainer before you evolve it. For me it worked 2 out of 3 times.

On other news I opened my Pokemon while at work just to catch another pidgey and low and behold there was a snorlax right here! U had one from an egg and had never even seen a shadow of one until today.

Yeh I did think it'd be pins in a map like the Pokemap was. So you'd know the street. That would've been better. Although as it can't even get the town right, not sure how accurate that would've been.

Definitely agree hatching in a new location helps. Just hatched this one in Perth. Hoping to wander round Stirling later to hatch another. And a picture of my gyarados cause im a proud trainer!

The location thing isn't much good - for most of mine it just says ,,Finland - I guess it can't be arsed to be more accurate than that!

Does anyone the new update has decreased the amount of rats and pidgeys ? They're normally all I get at home but today I be got a ghastly eevee and tentacool!
