Looking to hear people's experiences of following a programme to increase number of reps and potentially increase weight added.
Anybody found success?
Any programme recommendations or things to avoid?
I'm not sure what my current max is as I normally train pull ups at the end of my workouts. But today I did 4 sets of 5 reps at the end of a workout and was very tired before starting so I think maybe a fresh max might be 7ish.
