And top marks to my PT (who sent me the link) who's been training me for my age (mid 60s) like this for the last 7 years. I lift heavy (although failed at 100k twice today, grrr) & do a lot of HIIT and also jumping - today was bunny hops - jumps from a full squat to landing in a full squat forwards, backwards, and sideways, supersetted with cycling 1000m at a 2:10 pace
