Slimfast thoughts?

Has anyone tried slimfast and had any success? I get married in 9 weeks and am currently 10 weeks postpartum so looking for something that fits around life with 2 kids and works fast so have ordered some slimfast to try and just wondering if anyone had any success stories?

It works if you stick to it but also made me very very bloated. Like belly stuck out a mile bloated.

I lost 2 stone with slimfast and intermittent fasting - only coffee before noon; shakes at 12 and 3 then proper tea at 6.

I've got a really sweet tooth and found it meant I didn't crave any biscuits because the shakes were sweet enough.

Sorry I’ve just seen this! It’s actually going well so far, finding it surprisingly easy to stick to, I’ve been having a coffee on a morning, slim fast shake for lunch and then tea! If I’m finding myself reaching for a snack I’ve been going for fruit (an orange or apple) or something low calorie! I don’t actually have any scales so no idea how much I’ve lost but I can definitely see a difference. How are you finding it so far?

I started on Wednesday and have two shakes and a meal a day and am also finding it quite easy. I like that I only have to plan one meal and don’t have any snacks so the possibility of overeating is removed! I will weigh myself tomorrow.
