I'm getting back into the
LMOD workouts. Particularly combat but also trying grit, body attack,
step and pump.

What are your favourites?

I LOVE Pump and do it twice a week. Core is pretty good. Barre is a surprisingly challenging workout. Used to do Balance regularly but finally realised it is terrible for my back, even though the twists and stretches feel great at the time. The lesser known classes are all good. Basically the whole app is fantastic. I'm always recommending it!

Rpm - 30 min spin - love Glen!! Also my other favourite is upper body strength - short. Love the yoga ones too. Xx

Is this all on the app as opposed to in person led?

I'm really tempted.

I do Spin, and also love Glen!

It been a while, I was badly injured a couple of years back and I'm only just considering getting back.

Tone is fantastic.

BodyAttack is my favourite of the cardio ones, I find it more fun than Combat and I also worry about all the twisting with Combat, BodyAttack is more like old-fashioned aerobics.

I had no idea this was a thing and am really glad I saw this post. My local gym did the Les Mills classes, some OD and some in person. I loved the dance ones but I couldn't make so many of the scheduled classes due to general hectic life I had to cancel my membership as it just wasn't worth it. Definitely going to sign up for this if I can squeeze it in when I want.

Yup, all on the app. I recommend checking out their FB feed. You will then probably see a deal for a free trial. Sign up for that and then decline to carry on when the deal ends. They will then try to lure you back with a better offer. I am on a ridiculously cheap annual deal.

I love the app because there are so many options for each class. Pump for example, you can do 30, 45 or 60 minute classes, or upper/lower body. If you are pressed for time you can do a 15 minute workout and feel you've done something.

We got LMOD free through work during lockdown. I quite liked it but I am better off in a class. I did like the flexibility sessions though. I can't remeber what they called them.
