Just that really, there's not a lot of detail on her website and it's quite expensive, but I've seen it mentioned here before. Just wondering if anyone has signed up and how they found it?

Sorry can't recommend it as haven't tried it. Is there a particular reason you're looking for an online coach? I've had PTs in person who had to switch to online during COVID and I have to say I really noticed the difference, in terms of it being harder for them to correct form, pick up on things, and just feeling a bit disjointed really.

I pay for an online programme that was recommended on here, but it is just a programme rather than personalised feedback - stronger by the day by Megsquats. Personally I wouldn't try more than that online. Theres an offer on for January to try a month for $1.

Thanks @Proteinpud actually the stronger by the day app is more along the lines of what I was looking for. I'm pretty time poor and have weights at home (free weights plus squat rack, bench press etc) so was wanting an app to structure the workouts for me! Will give it a go

@BleakGarden if that's the case it's certainly worth a try, sounds like a similar reason I switched to it - wanted a programme I could follow that did the thinking for me (especially in terms of things like calculating my lifts, eg % of training max) but that was flexible (recommending appropriate substitutions for exercises I don't have equipment for or just avoid for a particular reason eg injury risk)
I've only been using it about a month but I'm pleasantly surprised so far. I use the 3 day a week option and express when I need to, I like that it allows for different level of time commitments. In the past when ive tried programmes that are too restrictive I find life gets in the way and I give up on them, this seems to accept that if you're training long term you'll have fluctuations on what is possible.
