I’ve done reformer Pilates for years and love it. I would also find a good mat class, you can’t cheat with mat Pilates!

They have the racks, that look like weapons of torture !

I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for about 6 years. I really enjoy it but I do feel you need to go a lot to get results if it’s your only form of exercise. I do 6 classes a week and I’m quite slim and tomed (mid 50s)

It’s not hard to get the hang of but it is bloody expensive!

The racks are the Cadillacs. They are only used for one to ones and a session on one of those costs about £100 for 45 minutes where I am.

From what I’ve seen they use the racks in classes, and it’s not £100.

I've done one class per week for several years now. It's about £15/ class.
I really enjoy it but think I probably should do at least one more class and some work at home to reap the full benefits
