Hello fellow slimmers 💗
I'm really struggling to stay focused in my weight loss journey. I have previously done slimming world and often have done well but its not long before I slip off the wagon.
I'm not great at preparing or being organised (that's the adhd in me) so I find it a super hard to stay on track.
What are you using to help you on your weight loss journey?
For the record, I'm 37, 15 stone and almost 6ft tall.
Any wise advice or support very much appreciated ❤️
