Saxenda and diet

Hello all, I've been taking saxenda for nearly a week and it seems to be working really well. I've completely stopped snacking and eating out of bordem because I'm always full. I've never been a breakfast eater so I'm happy with just having lunch and dinner my question is has anyone found its best to follow a specific diet while taking saxenda? I'm currently just watching my calories using my fitness pal but I feel like that's not enough. Maybe it's because I've spent the past 20 years dieting. 🤔 I also have pcos and find having carbs really effects my stomach and blood sugars which is common for pcos suffers. I don't know what's best to do?

Hi there. We've had a few reports from Mumsnetters concerned about this thread and the safety of the advice being given. While we're daily amazed by some of the excellent advice and support offered on Mumsnet, there's really no substitute for proper medical attention. We cannot vouch for any of the advice given here and encourage everyone to seek proper medical advice from the appropriate healthcare professional.

I'm sorry I don't understand the concern here? All I have asked if what diet people found best while taking saxenda. I've not asked for any medical advice as I have my doctor for that who has prescribed me saxenda. As you can see you are the first person to comment so I don't understand why people can be reporting this post?
