Plenty of hand weights/Barbell at home but no idea what to do.

Any recommendations please?

Hip thrusts and split squats, consistency. Having the barbell is great, my PT is all about strong glutes, you need to lift heavy!

Make sure you target your glutes not quads with split squats.
