Hi there,

Sorry if this has been asked recently. I've started a weight loss and fitness journey in the last six months. I'm at a point where I'd prefer to go down the route of body recomposition, as opposed to being glued to my scales. I was just wondering if anyone had any recommended books for advice/tips/optomising results?

Thanks :)

No idea on books but Bret Contreras is usually sound. There may be more on his YouTube or Instagram or on the website - but here's an article to get you going.

I'd also looks at MegSquats on YouTube - specifically for women. And she's added pre- and post-natal information as well.
