Any fellow lifters who have returned to the weights after c-section?
I'm 12wk pp atm and on my 3rd week back. It felt so hard the 1st week and the DOMS were pretty bad but feeling stronger now and been increasing the weights. At 35wk pregnant (had spd) my main 3 lifts were down to squat 50%, deadlift 64%, bench 80%. Back to squat 62.5%, deadlift 80%, bench 72% now.
