I had an emergency c section almost 4 months ago, have healed really well but still have a bit of a tummy. Looking to get back into exercise, I used to love the gym especially weights and les Mills grit, pump and combat and actually a qualified pt but never in post natal. I've been doing core recovery and plenty of walking and carrying a 7kg baby so pretty good upper body strength, but just have no motivation for a proper workout.
Looking for ideas and inspiration if possible please! I'll be aiming for a 30 min workout most mornings during her nap.
