Upper body exercise programme recommendations

I'm a 55 year old premenopausal woman with a very wobbly upper body and I know this is only going to get wobblier as time goes on. Getting to the gym or a boot camp is tricky at the moment so I need stuff I can do at home. Has anyone got any recommendations of good programmes or anything on YouTube?I'm happy to invest in some weights if needed. Thanks

Body weight exercises, but do full-body ones, and gain stronger muscles everywhere.

For upper arms, press ups and tricep dips. And full arm (yoga style) planks. It's all about the core.

Just start on YouTube. And search - I'd go full body rather than just upper body though!
