How do you build up to lose weight I'm at a loss and feel like if I walked on a beach someone would thrown me back in the sea thinking I was a whale, my daily meal in take is a cup of tea in the morning snack for dinner toast or sandwich sometime I may have some crisp and homemade meal in the evening one a or twice a week may have a bit of chocolate or biscuits with a brew later on I'm about a size 12/14 just under 5 foot so look like violet when she eats the bubblegum I've tried going for a rum but just felt mortified about how much my bum jiggles I just have no confidence and need help if someone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it thank you
