hit me with your home lifting routines seen as though lockdown round 2 is upon us?

I've got a [very shit] bench with around 100kg of weight, over the door bands & a set of normal resistance bands. I despise cardio & need to do something productive with myself to get the flub off. i know its mostly diet but also not wanting to lose my progress.
