So I am going to deadlift till I drop tomorrow, and squat all Wednesday. Was just getting back up to 80kg and aiming for 90kg in my deadlift. Bugger it - will have to swap to lots of cardio & body weight work for November ...

So I managed to get up to several sets at 75kg then 1 rep at 85kg but failed at 90kg, although I was sooooo close to getting it off the ground.

The 85kg felt good - not too hard. With a couple more weeks I’d have made the 90. Oh well, I now have 4 weeks to work on cardio and body weight stuff.
