I'm trying to lose 2 stone. Been trying for months and only lost 2lbs.
I'm going to try carb free. Iv been looking at breakfast ideas. Lots of recipes say add protein powered. Iv never used this before. I don't really work out much. Back issues and time really. Is protein powered just for after/ before work outs?
