Every pregnancy I would put on quite a lot (25-27kg weight gain with pre-pregnancy weight of 54kg). Previously had no issues loosing it. I’m now 6 months postpartum, ebf and 10kg over my normal weight. Walking 2 hours a day, eating healthy food, trying not to snack, reducing carbs.
Why am I not loosing weight? Are my days of eating what/when/as much as I want just gone and I need to count calories? Up exercise? Rethink my diet? Reduce portions?
