Ow my triceps!

I just added a few sets of skull crushers to my dumbbell routine and wow did my triceps feel it! I had kind of figured that my triceps were probably fine as I don't really have 'batwings' and my arms are nicely toned and fairly strong looking. But after a few months of illness, I've been a bit out of shape and was looking to step up my strength work. I only have fairly light 10lb dumbbells as I mainly use them to stop my arms feeling bored when I'm sliding. (Yes my arms can feel bored!Wink)

It was pretty amazing to realise how little I use my triceps if a few reps of skull crushers could set them on fire the way that did. I'm really looking forward to seeing how my arms develop over the next month of so as I work these muscles!
