Really hoping someone can answer this as I'm 22lb down with another 40+ to go and this is playing on my mind.

Did see this post on MFP which is encouraging community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10809632/loose-skin-50lbs-loss-at-60-4-years-maintenance/p1

You can't tone skin if it's been over stretched .. it may get better but if you lose large amounts then it will stay unfortunately unless you are really lucky !

I have a lot of saggy skin on my tummy due to serious pregnancy and surgery damage. I used to assume that no matter what I did, my stomach would always look awful. But in the last year or so I learned two things. One that you can fill in at least some saggy skin by building muscle. Two that a lot of what I assumed was saggy skin was actually subcutaneous fat. Fat can sit very unevenly in areas where the skin was damaged, so even though it seems counter-intuitive, losing any existing excess fat can actually improve the wrinkly appearance.

As for the boobs. There is nothing much you can do with them themselves, but building your pectoral muscles will give them a more lifted appearance.

My boobs are less droopy since I've been lifting. It's not a miracle cure obviously but I think my posture is better too, so that helps also.

These replies have given me hope. Thank you.

Clarins lifting/ tightening body cream (the thick one in a tub) helps too. It can only improve the appearance of the skin, but any little helps and all that!
