Need to lose 5 Kilo weight is it possible and how long will it take?

Okay so I am guilty of craving chocolate, so ate a bounty today although I have said to myself I am off sugar. currently I am overweight so any tips on how to get back to healthy weight for my height?

Since I am here, my personal advice is to ditch anything that has sugar, white flour/potatoes, and limit your oil intake, so no fried food.
To make it easy when purchasing food or opening pantry to grab something, just take two seconds to think if that choice will help you gain the body you want or not.

Hi @LeGrandBleu, thank you for letting me know, I have posted in the other section. Will get back now to losing weight, if I do intermittent fasting it keeps cravings away. so might need to go back to doing that. best wishes.

I hope you get some guidance. How quickly will depend of your age as well. My German grandmother swore by " friss die hälfte" (Eat half as much) for maintaining her formidable figure. Maybe half a plate could be your answer?

@LeGrandBleu thanks, I'll try that half a plate or I was thinking to use a smaller plate. I did previously keep a diary and that showed me where I have sneaked in extra calories. theres always crisps and snacks around so they add up. i think im not as active as I was when under 20 so after 20 ive been on the heavier side of my range. so now past my range and half way into the overweight range. its very easy to put on weight for some people and for some people they easily remain the correct weight.
