I was wondering if anybody could advise.

I have my new spin bike arriving in a few weeks (but I'm also due a baby in a few week so it's my husbands bike until then!) but I'm trying to decide on a set up.

I was thinking mounting an iPad to the wall in front of the bike to access apps etc but my husband thinks this'll be too small, but I already know there's loads of apps.

His idea is to pick up a small-ish (say 24") smart tv and out this on the wall instead. Does anybody know if we'll be able to access the same apps?

We have Apple computers and phones so it'd be a pain to mirror them to the TV, but I'm not sure how wide the smart tv app stores are.

What's your set up?
Is a TV practical or will I end up investing in Apple TV?

Sorry that it's a bit late, you might have had your baby by now and solved this problem.

Anyway, most smart TVs can have something like apple TV or a Chromecast attached which will allow you to cast your phone to your TV, in addition to the apps that the TV may have.

Not all smart TVs have the same apps, and not all are cast enabled but it's uncommon to get a new TV that isn't.

What about a tripod for your iPad? Like this one www.amazon.com.au/Raking-Foldable-InchCarrying-Includeed-Flashlight/dp/B01IXQLBW8?tag=mumsnetforu03-21
