Can anyone recommend a good at home programme?
I'm not a beginner, i used to do weights in the gym with a PT a few years ago but that was mostly machines, then the gym shut and I never ended up joining another one so i'm a bit out of shape but not a total beginner to weights.
I've done some google searches but i'm finding a lot of american sites and most of them use machines, also lots want you to sign up and subscribe before you can see the workouts.
I don't like the idea of doing full body workouts, i prefer upper body/lower body splits but most of the workouts I'm finding do whole body.
Can someone recommend a good plan to follow specifically for at home? I have weights and a weights bench so I'm just looking for some exercises to follow.
