Folding treadmill anyone?

So DS has decided that he wants a treadmill for his birthday!

We live in a flat and don’t have a huge amount to room but he says that you can get ones that fold flat.

Has anyone got one/used one?

Lots of them are foldable but they still take up room, most of them show you a picture of how they look folded like this one. It would depend on what functions are wanted really.
