So i have weighed my self this mornin. I am 9.5. 5ft 4. The problems is i cant stop weighin myself do it 10 times a day. Get all different weigts as u would though out the its affectin me really badly. I just dont no wat to do. I in constant fear of my weight its controllin my whole life

This is actually the weight lifting section rather than one focussed on your actually weight, maybe try in Chat to get more answers?

As a quick response, although dealing with the fear of your weight is obviously a very deep issue which might require some form of therapy to deal with, my simple answer at the moment would be throw out the scales!

I was weighing myself twice a day at one point. Threw the scales away in the end. Kept an eye on things by how I felt in my clothes. Had no scales at all for about 5 years! I have some now but weigh myself 2 mornings a week and have an alarm set to remind me.

Oh i posted in the wrong place... thank you 4 your replies. I no its not normal i am gettin rid of the scales and going to talk to my gp.
