I’ve fairly recently started lifting... (November)... started cutting on the 2nd of January. I’m heavy, 15st 8.5lbs as of this morning. I’m aiming for 2000kcals a day & averaging a pound a week to come off. I’m lifting heavy 4 days a week & aiming to get a couple of hours cardio in on top of that where it allows, around work.
My clothes are fitting better, I’m just feeling a little discouraged with the speed... Guess I’m just looking for some wise words that it’s better for it to be slow & keep my strength?🤷🏼♀️
