I'm a massive sugar addict, 3/4 sugars in my tea and I can drink 10 or more cups easily a day. Also any chocolate biccies in the house I'll just eat without thinking.
I'm a sahm to two boys 18 months and 5 years. I used to be skinny size 8 and I'm now a size 12 which is getting a bit snug and I'm 5'3
Apart from all the sugary tea and chomping on biscuits and sweet things I don't actually eat loads. I'll serve myself normal sized food portions but only eat over half.
I've decided to cut out the sugar in my tea and cut out sweet treats
Will I lose the weight?
A friend mentioned the 5.2 diet and also a diet cutting out carbs but I'm sure my weight gain is because of sugar.
