I've just seen this in my local store - any ideas of its worth it or not?
I've just found out I'm wanting to carry on exercising and this is way more practical than the gym.

Have they sold this before?
Is it any good (I know it's only &70)

Sleep on it. Every I know who have bought an exercise bike don't use it after a couple times and instead it becomes a clothes horse

@sirmione16 this is my concern, I used to love spin classes and would go 6 times a week, but at the minute I've cancelled my gym membership to save £55/month - I know I won't use weights etc at home as they're boring imo!

Sorry, I know this is a bit late to the thread but those cheap bikes feel really rocky and unsafe especially if you're used to a spin bike. They also won't have speed and resistance control to the same extent. If you just want to sit and pedal a little bit whilst watching TV then you're fine but anything more energetic and imo you need to be prepared to pay more.
