Weightlifting with a prolapse

Hi! I'm 9 weeks pp and think I might have a prolapse (got a GP appt to check tomorrow). I'm feeling quite deflated as I managed to go to the gym and lift weights up until I was due. I was wondering if anyone lifts weights who also has a prolapse? What sort of exercises can you still do? Obviously I'll get an appt with a pelvic floor physio if I do have one to get proper guidance too!

Thanks 😊

My professional advice would be to wait until you're given the all clear by the dr. Did you weight train during pregnancy?

Sorry, didn't read till the end obviously.

Definately wait until the dr says it's ok, it's not worth the risk.

Please don't return to weight training, or do any high impact cardio, until you've been assessed. If you do have a prolapse, it can be a long recovery and you don't want to jeopardise it. Best of luck.
