Are the weighing scales in boots pharmacy reliable

So iv weighted myself yesterday in boots and supposedly im up 4lbs in a matter of two weeks as I had weight myself two weeks prior in the same pharmacy..but iv also got a mirena in two months surely it wouldn't make me gain weight so quickly could it?

you can go up and down 4 lbs in a day easily enough with water changes, so no reason why they may not be accurate.
