If there was only 2 full body weight exercises to choose to do which ones would they be, how many reps, and why?
(If there HAD to be a third, what would that be?)

Burpees! Just as many as possible, in sets of 10.

A second would probably be squats (jumping, if I couldn’t ever use weights too).

Turkish get ups (normally done with weights but challenging enough without)

Any kind of plank-based exercise (renegade rows, mountain climbers etc)

I would do planks, pushups, and jump squats. Maybe add some lunges in there or some pull-ups as well.
