Hello everyone,
I am 48 and feel generally unfit. I own a fish and chip shop and leave home at 9am and return at 8pm monday - friday.
I am currently two stone overweight and feel very unfit.
I joined slimming world but I am unable to get to the meetings locally as I get home to late. Trying to just do online doesn't seem to be working.
I feel like I am on the verge of getting high cholestral and blood pressure.
I start every week with the mantra of this is the week I will start getting healthy and then within a day or two I am pinching the odd chip here and there and by Friday having a full on chippy lunch.
I watched the programme about Lisa reilly and though if she can do why can't I.
Has anyone got any good tips to motivate me.
I have a very sweet tooth and cannot seem to find anything that seems to curb that craving.
I know my eating is more our of boredom than hunger.
I would love to hear from you .
