Hello all,
Just thought I'd let you guys know that as a Nakd/Trek/GoEnergy bar water, the Aldi bars are much cheaper and bigger.
They do 'Hike' bars and paleo bars - 49p a bar so very cheap and the banana ones are delicious.
They're gluten free too x

Naked/trek etc aren't protein bars though are the Aldi ones? Or are they just cereal type/energy bars?

If they've got 20g plus protein I'll be down there like a shot.

Some of those are high in carbs though.

I tried a birthday cake Aldi protein bar last week, it was delicious.

Looks like you should be getting down there.

Better off with powders regularly and having bars as a treat.

Look in to the quality of the protein they use too.
