I am in almost constant pain between my shoulder blades from pain related to big breasts / resultant bad posture. It's been on and off for years.
Could weight training help? If so, any particular approach? I've googled loads but nothing specific I could find.
I imagine a stronger core and back could help? I really don't want a reduction, and am breastfeeding anyway.
I'm about 38G or 34JJ according to the Boob or Bust method.
