Back exercises?

Hello,

I'm really enjoying the gym at the minute and wondered whether anybody could suggested exercises to work the back?

I'm currently doing lateral pull downs, seated rows and assisted pull ups (I think those are the right terms!). I've started to notice that my upper back is becoming more defined but I'm not sure that I'm incorporating a wide enough range of movements.

Thank you Smile

They all sound good. You maybe want to add in a couple of things that would isolate the lower back - is there a hyperextension bench at your gym? I do sets of weighted hyperextensions on those:

which I superset with reverse hyperextensions on a swiss ball like this:

Those are really all you need.

If you want to get you shoulder blades more defined, perhaps try a reverse fly (on the pec deck machine) or cable pulls to your face (on a cable with adjustable height.)
