I'm half way through my first proper bulking cycle, and I am thinking of the maintenance and cutting phases that will come next.
I have read up a lot about muscle gain / fat loss in relation to the iron sports, but I feel that I might need some sort of framework to help me put the theory into practice.
RP looks attractive in this respect, but as it isn't cheap, I was wondering whether anyone here had tried it, and whether it was effective and/or practical (I'm happy with prepping and carting around meals, I'm already doing it anyway)
