Lifting Ratios

Can anyone point me in the direction of a list of "good" lifting ratios for women for the major moves (back squat, front squat, deadlift, bench press, strict press etc)?

e.g. I've seen it cited that 1.5 x bodyweight is considered a "good" back squat ratio.

I'm not trying to get in the Olympics, but would be interested to have a benchmark.

Have you looked at bodybuilding.com? While it's a bit more geared towards those wanting to compete (which I don't), I find it a great site for info on lifting.

This site has some useful strength standards:www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/SquatStandardsKg.html
Not sure how universal these would be, but I've found them a handy place to start.
