Am I doing enough?

Just started healthy eating with Slimming world and I've started exercising too.

I walk 40 minutes a day 5 days a week on school runs, aswell as lots of resistance training and ab work on a wondercore at home.

Am I doing enough? I will increase my cardio once I get used to this routine. :)

Make sure you are constantly changing and building on what you do. Your body is really good at adapting to what you do, so keep increasing the intensity,whether that is in time spent exercising or weights lifted.....that way you will continue to progress.
