Sorry not been about to catch up been off training for ten days with two back to back stomach bugs from the kids! Someone earlier mentioned playlists to help them focus and as my playlist is getting stale can anyone share songs which are their best Song to get the heavy heavy lifts up? Then we can get an awesome playlist together!
My fave recommendation would be Sail by AWOL Nation (link if anyone not familiar. ) it is superb and really gets you in the zone!
