Has anyone tried Chromium supplements for appetite suppressing and/or muscle building? I've heard they are good for assisting in the strengthening of muscles, plus helping with energy levels. As I suffer from ME, I'm particularly interested in the energy side of things. Am taking them at the moment and was curious to hear if anyone else has had experience with chromium?
