Right. First off, why are you panicking? There's panic written all over the recent past and present. Constant movement isn't the answer, you're just moving further and further away from the problem and tying yourself in knots worrying about it. It doesn't look like you are in a happy place right now and are quite possibly blowing things out of proportion in your distress.
