Are you having counselling at the moment or speaking to professionals about the way you feel? There are a lot of indicators in your spread that you are having a very introverted time of it at the moment, and while that's not always a cause for concern, a lot of your cards indicate a degree of self reflection and perhaps self blame.
You have Temperance and The Devil and the two of pentacles in your layout, indicating that you have demons that you struggle to control. You are your harshest critic, and whatever your personal demon is, you must learn to make peace with it. To a degree you must learn to recognise and balance the temptations you face and realise them for what they are. They do not control you.

Right now, it looks like you want to withdraw from a controlling older woman who can be intimidating. You can do this, but you might have to strike out on a lonely path without too many people's support in order to get your sense of self worth back.

has someone who you thought you could trust betrayed a confidence recently? It looks like someone that you previously got along with just fine and thought was an ally has got your back up, threatened or contradicted you. I get a sense of confusion, and a retreat into yourself to think about how you could have got it so wrong. It might not be you, but a period of self reflection might be helpful. You need to brace yourself, as arguments and falling outs about money look possible soon among those close to you. You feel like you are often on the defensive about money -unless you are on the absolute breadline then there is a caution here to try not to become miserly, however justified it might feel to you. Money can become a prison of our own making

You say you are at a fork in the road. You have the ace of cups and the ten of swords behind you. It looks like something amazing happened, and then the situation changed dramatically. Given how amazing the incident was, you cant stop looking back. But the ten of swords is the absolute dead in a ditch card. You can't go back. It now depends how many forks in the road there are? What aren't you looking at clearly? If you are trying to make a difficult choice, what does your instinct say? You have the two of swords representing your current position. It is the impasse card. You could flip a coin, which would at least give you an answer. But ultimately you know which way you want to go, it is just fear that holds us back at such times.
The future is covered by The Knight of swords. He represents sudden and swift change, the sort that can leave you reeling. It might be events outside your control that set the wheels in motion, but wouldn't it be better if you took ownership yourself? Knights are positive and protective cards that herald hope and change. You have to be ready when they charge past...

There's a lot going on in your spread. Who is causing you all the current angst? It looks like you've been embroiled in arguments with people for a while now. As soon as you have a moment to reflect, it all starts up again. You are in a very defensive position, understandably. It might seem like one individual who you previously got on with very harmoniously has started to stir things up and make it all about them. You might be called upon to be the mediator soon.

deep to find a position that lets you navigate everything and everyone towards a solution that benefits everyone. It advocates being the bigger person, and to follow the same advice you would give other people.

You worked really hard for something, congratulated yourself on a job well done and thought that was it. Then it all blew up in your face. To the extent that it looks like legal advice might need to be taken. If not legal, then advice from someone in a profession; psychiatrist, priest, boss, doctor? There is sometimes a suggestion (The card The Tower) that you had a hand in this destruction yourself.
Your spread is muddled, as it also suggests secrecy, as if perhaps you are not letting yourself think the whole truth.

The flip side of this is that sometimes it can represent someone near to you literally 'falling from a pedestal' and the scales falling from your eyes as to their behaviour. Be careful in the near future as to money. The books may not have been balanced in your favour.

Unfortunately, your reading is almost completely a series of opposing cards. They suggest that you have a completely different inner and outer persona. So different that I can't see that you wouldn't be aware of this yourself. It looks like you struggle to reconcile what you know you should do, with what you end up doing, as though you really do have an angel and a demon on each shoulder. Wildly sociable followed by bouts of introspection and self doubt. Your current cards look particularly manic, as if there is a project that you are completely consumed by right now. The future cards call for caution; it is easy to burn out like this.
