Three very distinct sets of cards came out for you. They are so different that I'm finding it hard to link them together. But it may be that they don't need to link up.
Is there a child away from home at the moment? It looks like there are money worries for a young man who is apart from you. Are they perhaps at University? Left home? Started a new job? Are you worried that you can't give them the support that you would wish? Because the cards indicate that they have the situation under control, possibly are even exaggerating their troubles a little. They are more than capable and about to find out how independent they can be. It could be that these cards represent you, but I don't get that impression.

I've tried to write your reading down about three times but I can't get it quite right, because I can't see if your problem is personal or professional.
You've been busy, you've been productive, you've been cooperating well with people. A new venture seems to have recently started which has kept your attention and frankly, has been quite exhausting, to the extent that you feel that you're only just hanging on with your fingertips. But you're not resentful about it; you're used to hard work.

But right now you are having problems with multiple individuals. They seem to all be men, and men in authority/older than you. Father figures or bosses ; it's hard to tell. They are playing you like a fiddle; emotionally, physically and financially. The only way you will be able to triumph over their influence is through the use of cold, hard logic. You need to be able to think clearly right now and be free of their meddling.

It won't be easy, and the Moon crowns your cards, meaning you will need to do a lot of soul searching as to what to do for the best. It is difficult to see things in moonlight, so someone may not be presenting you with the full facts. Other people may well be trying to influence people against you. There's a rough patch ahead with no clear end in sight, I'm afraid.

Central to your spread seems to be the desire to create. Whether you are artistic, or a baker, or a gardener, a writer or whatever, it looks like you push this creative seed down and don't think that you could possibly make a go of it. Which is not to say that you would be a natural at it, but the cards are giving you the encouragement to start. You need to find the confidence to allow yourself to be good at it and have the courage to believe you would be good at it too!

There is a lot of introspection in these cards, a lot of inward looking and directing feelings in rather than out. It looks like you shy away from confrontation and also that you gain strength from being alone to recuperate mentally. It's a full on introverted spread if ever I saw one.
Right now it looks like you feel conflicted over something. The cards aren't giving me much of a clue but I think saying to try to be passionate about whatever it is that you do. Try and take pride in achieving even the smallest of things when it feels like the odds are stacked against you.
The future calls for more of the same, I'm afraid. No big surprises, although it indicates that someone may come along with a suggestion or a solution to your current state of mind.
There's a lot of quiet strength in this spread.

Something right now isn't working for you. How long have you been stuck in this situation? Your central card is the Hanged Man, covered by the Wheel of Fortune. I would suggest from those two cards that you are being offered solution after solution to whatever is bothering you, but there is a part of you that prefers the surety of staying where you are. The hanged Man looks uncomfortable but he also holds the key to the chains that are holding him up. He can choose to change his situation at any time.

Something dramatic has happened recently -have you left a job or a person that was becoming oppressive and you're not sure where to turn next? The cards don't indicate what you should do, but the ten of swords is a very definite card that shows the absolute end of a period of time. There is no blame associated with it, but there is also no point in flogging a dead horse. Your future cards are all concerned with movement forward into the unknown, but the ten of swords is final. You cannot go back, there is only forward motion from here on in. Good Luck!
